Proposal for Expanding the Size of Stalls and Alternative Food and Beverage Enterprises, and the Main Attraction of the Ikan Bakar Food Court

The proposal aims to increase the size of stalls and provide alternatives for local food and beverage businesses, as well as enhance the main attraction of the Ikan Bakar food court.

Objectives:

1. Improve the quality of infrastructure for local Bumiputera entrepreneurs.
2. Enhance the socio-economic status and living standards of the residents of Taman Alai Perdana.

Design Components Proposal:

1. Construction of 10 Stalls:

   • 8 Food Stalls with Dining Area
   • 2 Souvenir Stalls
   • Supporting components such as restrooms, prayer rooms (surau), and parking spaces, including for the disabled (OKU).

2. Square and Children's Playground:

   • A relaxing recreational area to attract visitors.
   • Designed with a simple modern concept suitable for the local climate.
