KUMPULAN AKADEMIK YNS

Kumpulan Akademik YNS (KAYNS) – 270794-A was established on July 22, 1993. It is an organization fully owned by Yayasan Negeri Sembilan, focusing on skill-based education.

KAYNS is responsible for administering and managing three skill training institutes in Negeri Sembilan, accredited by the Department of Skills Development and the Ministry of Human Resources.

The institutes under KAYNS' supervision include the Institut Teknologi Yayasan Negeri Sembilan (ITYNS), the Institut Perhotelan dan Perlancongan Negeri Sembilan (IPPNS), and the Institut Pengurusan dan Perindustrian Yayasan Negeri Sembilan (IPPYNS). These institutes aim to produce highly skilled young professionals to meet and support the national industrial plan and offer practical learning alternatives for students.

The skill institutes operate in two locations: Era Square, Seremban for IPPYNS and IPPNS, and Gentam, Kuala Pilah for ITYNS. The courses offered include the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) and the Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) in fields such as Architectural Drafting, Electrical Technician, Computer System Technician, Women's Clothing Manufacturing, Automotive Vocational Instructor, Supervision, Electrical Wiring, Food Service, Guest Service Operation, Tour Guiding, Food Preparation, Pastry Preparation, Food and Beverage Captain, and Industrial Electrotechnic Engineering (Equipment).
